Bookings:
Minimum booking of 2 nights at weekends and Bank Holidys
Sole use bookings at Weekends and Bank Holidays
All groups under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Payment:
In order to secure yout booking you must pay the appropriate deposit as s et out below.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit for dates booked is required to secure the barns/bunkhouse.
Deposit to be paid within 10 days of invoice. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation charges:
55-42 days before arrival = 30% of total cost of stay
41-28 days before arrival = 60% of total cost of stay
27-15 days before arrival = 90% of total cost of stay
14 days or less = total cost of stay
Please note that if we are able to relt your dates a full refund will be given

Changing your booking dates::
Changes requested within 56 days of the date of the first night of your stay will be treated as cancellations.

If we change your booking:
In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to change your booking, in total or in part, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any necessary changes. You shall have the choice of accepting the changed arrangements, purchasing another booking or recieving a full refund of the deposit paid.
